The original founding company J H Hallam & Son Ltd, is an associate company of Hallam Contracts and is now a property owning and development company specialising in niche market, high quality, small developments, usually in desirable village locations.

Residential Project Management:

Our Developments company offers a Project Management Service for other external residential developers and is able to prepare specifications, recommend and appoint design teams and project manage the whole construction process.

NHBC and Other Warranty Organisations:

The Hallam organisation has been NHBC registered since the 1950s and all three companies carry the highest possible rating Category A1. We are also able to provide alternative warranties such as Zurich and Premier Guarantee.
