We have an exemplary record in training which has been recognised by the CSCS Platinum Award and Investors in People.  We know that our people are our most important asset and invest heavily in training.  We have a programme of traditional staff apprentices recruited via the CITB, as well as management, technical and professional trainees, including Graduates.
